We’re always looking for passionate people to join our A&G family. We recruit for both corporate roles and contact centre positions through volume recruitment.

Contact Centre recruitment process
Corporate recruitment process

1. Online application

If you’ve found a position that matches your experience, qualifications and career aspirations, then you should submit an online application.

2. Phone screen

Once you’ve submitted your application and you have the skills, experience and qualifications for the role, one of our Recruitment Advisors will contact you to complete a phone screen. This is to understand your interest and motivation for applying, and to discuss your relevant skills and experience.

3. Psychometric testing

We use a range of psychometric testing to better understand your personality and abilities. These tests can also be beneficial for our hiring leaders to determine the best way to manage their team.

4. Group assessment

As part of our volume recruitment, group assessments provide an opportunity for you to learn more about A&G and the role you’ve applied for. Assessment centres are designed to assess a group of candidates across a range of competencies and the ability to build rapport with others.

We aim for our group assessments to be fun and engaging, while also providing you with information about A&G and the role you’ve applied for. If you’re invited to one of our assessment centres, relax and enjoy getting to know us and the other attendees.  These sessions usually run for two - three hours.

5. One on one interview with the hiring leader

Should you progress to an interview, you’ll meet with the hiring leader. This is a great opportunity for you showcase your skills and experience and to gain a better understanding of the role and our great organisation.

6. Reference

Our Recruitment Advisor will be in contact with you to complete two professional reference checks with your most recent managers. We engage with a third party, XRef to complete these, but we’ll talk you through the process.

7. Offer stage

Once we’ve completed all the pre-employment checks, the Recruitment Advisor will call you with the offer and all information for you to come to a decision. Once you accept, you’ll be issued with a Letter of Offer, Employment Contract and New Starter Pack to sign and return.

Congratulations — it’s time to celebrate your new role!

If you don’t have the skills, experience and qualifications for the role, we’d encourage you to revisit our Careers page – we’re a growing organisation and always looking for passionate people to join A&G.
